2. Booking and Reservations

* All bookings, tours, and event arrangements are subject to availability and formal confirmation by PT Lila Buana Wisata.

* To secure a reservation, clients may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit or the full payment amount depending on the specific travel package, event scale, or maritime booking terms.

* Prices quoted are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation due to currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or government tax modifications.

3. Payment Terms

* Payments must be made via approved channels, such as bank transfers to designated company accounts or authorized payment gateways.

* Failure to complete payments by the specified deadlines may result in the automatic cancellation of reservations without prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

* Cancellations initiated by the client must be submitted in writing via email to info@lilabuana.com or through official communication channels.

* Refund eligibility, cancellation fees, and administrative charges vary depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled service date and the policies of third-party providers (such as hotels, transport operators, and event venues).

* PT Lila Buana Wisata reserves the right to cancel or modify any itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or force majeure events (including extreme weather, natural disasters, or civil unrest). In such cases, alternative arrangements or appropriate adjustments will be communicated to the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

* Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other travel documentation required by Indonesian law or destination authorities.

* Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by our tour leaders, maritime crew, event coordinators, and partner operators during trips and activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

* PT Lila Buana Wisata acts as an intermediary agent for third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport companies, and excursion operators. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party negligence or acts of nature.

* We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings prior to departure.

7. Intellectual Property

* All content featured on our official communication channels and website—including text, logos, graphics, and images—is the property of PT Lila Buana Wisata and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

* These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali.
